The United Parent Council and the Special Education Department are proud to announce the upcoming parent presentation entitled,
“An Overview of Special Education Programs and 504 Plans in PVUSD.”
This event will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 27th, from6:30 to 8:00pm at the District Administrative Center in the DAC East/West conference rooms. The presenters will be:
Linda Taylor, Director of Special Education
Stacey Akhbari, Assistant Director of Special Education
Dr. Bennett MacKinney, Director of Elementary Education
All parents are welcome to attend. We will also be distributing a parent survey at this event for your input on topics for future parent presentations.

Thanks to all the parents that attended our first PTO General Meeting. We are excited about all the things this year has in store for our students, staff, and community. For those not able to attend, please see the attached approved PTO Budget for the 2016-2017 School Year.
Did you know that our library is open daily during the student’s lunch/recess times? Thanks to our volunteers, students can read in the library, take AR tests and check in & out books.
